==== AEI account: ====
  * New AEI staff and long-term guests will obtain an AEI account.
  * Ask your host or division secretary for help.

==== HTC account: ====

**To apply for a Minerva or Hypatia account, send a request to [[hpc-support@aei]] with the necessary information, and CC [[alessandra.buonanno@aei]] for approval!**

Subscriptions to cluster users mailing lists will be provided with the corresponding cluster account.

Support requests should go to the mailing list first (as most of the expertise is available there).\\
[[hpc-support@aei]] and [[support@aei]] should be used for general, or hardware related, support requests.
