To apply for a Minerva or Hypatia account, send a request to hpc-support@aei with the necessary information, and CC alessandra.buonanno@aei for approval!
Subscriptions to cluster users mailing lists will be provided with the corresponding cluster account.
Support requests should go to the mailing list first (as most of the expertise is available there).
hpc-support@aei and support@aei should be used for general, or hardware related, support requests.
